Mr. Jain is a seasoned real estate investor, with over $3 billion of transaction and asset management experience spanning geographies, product types, and the risk-spectrum.

Prior to founding 36th Street in 2025, Mr. Jain was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Blue Vista Capital Management, where he played an integral part as a West Coast acquisitions officer leading value-add and core plus investments for the Chicago-based real estate private equity fund. Prior to Blue Vista, Mr. Jain worked at LaSalle Investment Management, where he was responsible for asset & portfolio management for an institutional real estate portfolio across all product types and geographies for the firm’s flagship funds and separate account clients.

Mr. Jain received a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Rutgers University and is based in Encinitas, CA.
